lol, i read this line wrong the first time, that kind of surprised me:
Under the terms of the agreement, each outstanding common share of Overture will receive 0.6108 shares of Yahoo! common stock and $4.75 in cash,
i read it like this:
Under the terms of the agreement, Overture will receive 0.6108 shares of Yahoo! common stock and $4.75 in cash,
wow, selling your company for half a share plus $4.75, hehe...they must be desperate;)

but i betcha google will get picked up by msn first, hehe...
