HELP - Uploading file attachment in a form?

Hiya

I've created a form and I would like to upload a file attachment with the form, but I don't know how to do this. My form is using the formmail.asp method for posting.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks - although that thread I can't really understand (too techy..) but I tried it and it didn't work - so still at square one.

i posted code for two files plus a test file that works. try it out, then adapt the test to your needs.
