Jump Menu blocks my Verticle drop down menu

I have a navigation bar that shows a drop down menu when user puts the mouse over. Underneath this navigation bar, i need to put a jump menu. Unfortunately, the jump menu blocks the dropdown list in my navigation bar. :confused:
I'm attaching a snapshot of what it looks like. Please help.

I did it in design view of dreamweaver. I created a hot spot over the "Administrative" image. From then, i used the "show popup menu" option to enter the drop down menu. Is there a way to make it show on top the jump menu.
