looking for best places to post job listing

I need to hire a programmer to help deploy and maintain several websites (b2b and b2c), among other IT-related duties. I'm familiar with dice.com, but are there other IT job listing services I should consider?

elance and freelance might be another place to check as well.Thanks for the response. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I thought these sites were more oriented toward contract labor? This is a permanent position and the person I hire would need to move to my location after a trial period. I think what I'm looking for is a more traditional IT job listing site.

Monster also comes to mind. A lot of areas have their own local search as well.

I thought you might have meant something a bit more, but usually people on forums are looking to save and not spend. Very enlightening to see some people like to pay for services
