OK, getting closer...tried over at the DW forum, got some nice help - but didn't work, then saw I should be asking (perhaps) in this css forum...so if you go to

and rollover "(ODMA)" you should get a disjointed rollover of a 301 x 167 gif image. However, while this works in latest mac FF and Netscape, it doesn't work at all in Safari 1.3.2 or later, except the portion of the image which is OUTSIDE the main body, ie the grey right margin...
So what is the problem? One thing, Been told I'm not supposed to be able to give the "left" attribute anything other than "0", but I gave it what I wanted (-143px) and it seems to line up correctly, except doesn't show in Safari...is one problem my z-indexes? Not too familiar with what they should be.
Opera latest - pops up initially, but won't go away, or if it does, will only come back in a fractured way. On my css I'm using the screen2 code.
Would love a solution, especially since I got this to work with a swf file on ALL the above browsers.
