Colorwise and Design

This is for a real estate company, and I've been messing around with designs on fireworks. What do you think?

Very nice. Although the colours are very light as it is maybe make it a bit more pastel/light effect so the page is nuetral and brings more attention to the properties and makes them look fuller? Just one other thing it would be nice to see it adjusted to 100% wide as it cramps way over to the left hand side of my screen

Umm i just mean lighter colours, not so strong so it has a soft impact for a more business streamlined look and so the text is a bit clearer instead of being agaisnt a strong background colour. Dont get me wrong I like the template just people using a real estate site may want a slightly plainer colour scheme.

Eg: Your blue head banner is #336699 .. Maybe use #3990E6
The yellow featured listings is #FFFF66 .. Maybe use FFFFA6
On recently closed the purple is #999999 .. Maybe use #D9D9D9
