Nice design, its very bright and colorful!
I don't like the header of the site though, I feel it doesn't look right the way the image of the house is cropped. Perhaps it may look better if the house is scaled down slightly so you can see its roof.
I also feel the 'archeological map of Turkey' should be moved. At the moment it is in a high profile section on your site. The map looks more important than the properties for sale. As a result my eyes went staright to the map. I think you should move it to another page such as 'About Turkey'.
Also... I noticed the German Flag link isn't working.
