Extracting info from a remote webpage

Say I pull a site into a hidden iframe, is there anyway to make the site read that page and pull text from it?

I am not sure how to explain what i am looking for properly tho.

Say someone goes to my website, say a travel agent site, and they want to do a search for flights. I have created a form that captures all their flight enquiry details. I then want the site to submit the flight details to local airline sites in hidden iframes, and then i want to be able to extract the results from the hidden page and lay them out in a new table.

Any ideas? Please help

Surely pointing people to the domain that can actually provide the information in the first place would be better. Rather than making rather questionable use of another company's web site.
