PHP Email me help

Hello,

I have on my demo site a place where users can email me for questions.

I would like this to work ahah. I also have this php file: http://snippets.tzfiles.com/mail_me1.php saved as emailme.php

What fields in 'emailme.php' do i need to change, and what fields in 'contact.html' do i need to change to match it?
