With a tag line of "perfection in code" validating would be the number one priority I would have thought?

There are a great number of things in the design and code that are wrong/not compliant, but what I'm concerned about is the look and feel at this point.

Very nice look and feel indeed. Clean and easy to navigate with light colours so it isnt harsh on the user hopefully getting them to stay longer. This will help with any revnue you want to earn in the future

Nice, relaxing. Arranged cleanly. Clever use of 'white space' so that when viewing in 800x600, even with a scrollbar, no content of 'hidden' offscreen. (not a fan of having to horizontal-scroll).
