Closer is null or not an object

Need someone to give me hand...
When I click on a java link on any site, it won't work. I get a "closer is null or not an object error".
I have tried all the 411 on MS' Knowledgebase site...called Compaq in New Delhi and they had me on the phone for an hour. Remove IE, reinstall IE, install Javabeans, reset various settings in internet options advanced settings...ah jeez! Enuff already!

Is ther just some simple thing that's been overlooked?

anytime i click a link (ie tv guide) it wont work and i get a java error.

do you mean what happens...? at the bottom of IE6 it reads as follows: "error on page"
and when I open it it reads as follows: Line 126
error code 0
closer is null or not an object

No, I mean show me your code. Give me a link to it, upload it as a .txt file or something because until I see your code I can't do anything. It could be one of a few things causing the error.
