Hello and welcome to the forum. Here are my suggestions:

The images background green is not the same as the page background green - makes the images look out of place.
You are using a lot of old and outdated code, for example "font"
You don't have a valid doctype
You use tables for layout, you should use CSS
You have iframes, you should use server side includes
I don't think that the menu looks (http://img257.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture2ec4.png) how you think it does. I mean, I think you need to test your website in more browsers.
It obviously doesn't validate (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cliftonpark.com%2F)
What is the purpose of the website? When I visit the site I should instantly know what it is you have the website for.
