My husband is doing an online bible course and in order for him to send in his test he needs javascript and he messed up something and had to reload everything and now the javascript does not work. can you helps us?

I would suggest that your husband direct the school's attention to the following three documets:

The Americans With Disabilities Act
http://www.usdoj.gov/crt/ada/pubs/ada.txt;

The Opinion of the US Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division that the ADA applies to the Internet
http://www.usdoj.gov/crt/foia/tal712.txt;

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 from the W3C
http://www.usdoj.gov/crt/foia/tal712.txt.

And then have him threaten them with legal action under Title III of the ADA unless they make the web site work without JavaScript.. After all, you're paying the school to priovide an education and we're paying the US Government to ensure that they are fair about it.
