Hi
at my company we can download files to burn the product on cds.
lately many of our customers cannot view the active content run by
an applet. I have gotten them to download the latest java patches, mark their browsers to accept active content from cds, and disable thier firewalls and virus scans...still no go. The cds worked fine previously on most of these computers, Firefox has the same error. Any ideas out there? I just spent an hour overtime trying to help a customer to no avail.
