Just started learning PSP:

I am just learning how to use PSP9 and Animation shop. But I am having major problems with these programs freezing on me. I've tried everything from cleaning temp files, running spyware programs, Adware and doing disc cleanup and defrag, but still these particular programs are freezing. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling PSP and Animation shop, and still the same ole thing is happening. Can anyone help me? I am also having problems adding plug-ins and tubes to these programs. Don't know how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :(

so what kinda copy do you have?

a true "bought from the manufacturer/retailer"-type one, or a "borrowed from buddy/downloaded from the net"-type one?

if you have the latter, it is not really surprising and most likely an issue with the sabotaged opcode. Little you can do in that case, you just have a bad exe. Pop along to here (http://twinflames24.com/tfv3) and do a search for what you want.

if you have the former, simply return it to the store or to Corel and they will replace it.
