Colors are funky in IE7

If somebody could take a look and help me out I would really really owe you one. I am having color problems in IE7 (works fine in FF) and I need some help figuring out why.

The site experiencing the problem is
http://www.haddenonline.com then click on Contact. The page is inline (at clients request). Alternatively visit http://www.haddenonline.com/contact.htm

The style sheet is at http://www.haddenonline.com/contact.css

I know there is tons of clutter in there but I used this sheet on another site. Please take a look in IE7 and FF and see if you can figure out the reason.

Would it have anything to do with this?

I see no mention of "transparency" whatsoever on that second URL... :)
It's the same page, -just that the iFRAME is allowing 'transparency' and the second URL is showing at full strength(?)
