Hi, I am looking for a script that makes a user agree to terms and conditions before they can download a file off my site. I know theres one out there but I am having problems finding it. I have looked in the search engine under terms and conditions cgi script but I only get the terms and conditions of a site that offers cgi scripts. Does anyone know of any sites that offers this script?
Also I need a counter that keeps track of how many times individual files are downloaded on my site. I don't know if it makes a difference scripting but they have to pay for the download then I want the server to automatically update the count.
