Rough writing

How do you create a rough drawn text or circle like in the image seen below.

I want to create an image that contains rough hand writing, like a child's handwriting. i have drawn the text in photoshop, but what effect would i need to put on it to make it look like the circle in the above image,

several ways of doing that but the easiest to explain is by selecting a brush or a dual brush to create your circle, load some of those that come with PS and try them out. Alternatively use a grunge image as a mask to reveal/remove parts of your image. Or try using the charcoal filter.
Also, Illustrator comes with a selection of brushes that simulate that effect.
