i've been using it for about the past 2/3 months maybe a bit more (i need to re-script the blog system as nl2br isn't a function which i see use for any more and its making my site less accessible)

First thing that caught my eye was the color scheme. I find the poison-green and gray somehow repulsive. I also think the gray gradiant is not giving anything to the design, might be better off with just the green (a better green I might add).

Second thing that caught my eye were the individual letters behind the navigation links. I think access keys are normally presented with underlining the letter from the word. This is probably because they aren't used by that many so no need to make them stand out so clearly. Good to see you are doing things the right way though.
