Website review please

Just been checking a few other threads and you guys out there can be pretty ruthless. So I am going to throw my hat in and ask could you review the site I am currently building. It's best to get honest if sometimes harsh opinions from other designers.

Fine in FF, Opera and IE7 still ironing out IE6. It's my first full CSS/no table site so excuse the dodgy code.

Only home page and news page currently work.

You have some pretty nice graphics, I like the skull logo at the footer. You might want to think about the flash navigation. Search engines have a hard time navigating your pages as do visitors with no flash (can they access the other pages at all?). You could easily make the menu with just plain CSS.

I like it quite a bit, however, the scrolling marquee of pictures is kinda choppy for me...and not sure why it is, or how to fix it...

Also, a very little issue, I feel like the top right corner of the lined blue graphic is kinda empty...maybe just throw another one of those cool dotted circles up there or something.

Overall, though, I like it...good stuff.

I'm taken with the flash menu so I want to keep that. I do need a secondary navigation though. I will add a series of text links right at the bottom of the page and maybe a site map. That should cover the search engine problem. Sometimes I'm tempted to just ignore those without Flash but I know it's wrong.


The choppy Flash bar I think is caused because the images are all cutout to the exact shape of the product. I'm hoping if I put the images on a white background and then import them it might solve it.
