where in the body some of the text will blink using css only?

I think that's a setting in your e-mail client, -either to send "text-only" or "html-rich" I beleive it's called. I personally find it annoying to receive e-mails with winking smile-faces, happy-dancing cartoon avatars and blinking text (unless it's from my little sister or other close family member, etc).
Generally, if I receive anything like that from anyone other than an immediate blood-relative and with the shortest-possible message in the content, I consider it spam or at least, risque because the sender is risking my immediate deletion of the mail without reading it. :( I read far too many e-mails daily to be subjegated with visual distractions like that. :)
