I'm looking for a good host (paid) that has lots of add on features like forums, live chat, blogging, photo gallery, and an easy to use pagebuilder with lots of features.

Dreamhost has all of those with the exception of a pagebuilder. you will have to use frontpage or dreamweaver for that. Otherwise try Dotster or GoDaddy.
