problem loading images

Hi Pros,

there are 5 images on http://havalook.de

4 rounded corners with 1k
the banner with 8k

The size should be ok.
They are preloaded.
They are in the main table.
They are interlaced.
I tried to put them on the page twice with 1x1 px

It still looks ugly because they need too long to get loaded.

Anything else I could do? Maybe the page itself (18k) should become bigger to last longer to load than the images?

The load time didn't seem so bad.

I think your putting to much thought into it.
