I'm a newbie at using WebSite Complete 5.0 and am finding it difficult to format typed-in text as opposed to using HTML. The text jumps all over the place when I use the tab and backspace keys. Any hints on how to enter the text without using HTML?
I'm reasonably good at using straight HTML but, obviously, it would be much easier to type in the plane text.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

I don't follow. If you're creating web pages, the mark-up will be in HTML, otherwise, the browser can't read or interpret anything. Can you clarify?

Hi Ryan:
Thanks for responding.
I must have misunderstood the system. I was under the impression that one could enter straight text and that it would be converted to HTML. I'll just use HTML and see if that works.

If its a WYSIWYG, then yes, that's the case. I'm not familiar with this particular software application.

Try this free WYSIWYG Editor:
NVU (http://www.nvu.com/index.php)
There are other free ones available. Just Google for them. I've used NVU before, but I prefer the hand coding.
