Okay,
I made a pic in Photoshop.
I go to Windows Live Messenger, I go to my wonderul Emoticons, and
I hit "Create". When I create an emoticon with a 300 x 300 image,
it's created as about a 15 x 15. What the bloody hell is going on here?
I've seen huuuuge emoticons... Why the world are all of mine instantly resized? Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp! I want my own bloody emoticons...
