Unable to post

I created a thread in the HTML forum but no matter what i try it won't post into the forum. It says it is redirecting me like normal but it takes me back to the forum itself not my thread and the thread i created doesn't exist.

what is the problem?

It also says that if the administrator has decided to premoderate new posts, they may not appear immediately. They're there now.
