I have created this site ( a mentoring organization that my husband is starting) and I have been unable to get the form to work on the contact us page.

my page is menaboutprogress.com

i have tried changing the email address but i can't figure out where the error is. can someone take a look please.

Yahoo has a help desk, check the basic requirements for their form mail.
I'm not a member so can not see these requirements.
