MRH Site

This is a site I manage for one of my previous teachers, if you notice its a sub-site of the Ottawa Catholic School Board site, for the school.

I'm looking for your opinion on the look and feel of the site (pre-designed). I need to figure out from real people what the next steps are for the designs. All of the headers, footers and sidebars are pre-designed.

Hmmm... here are a few pointers:

- get rid of the splash page > people just click through those, without looking at them
- get rid of the scrolling marquee > takes too long to read
- the color scheme is rather dull
- make the headings larger, they blend in with the text
