I recently got this teddybear virus hoax. unfortunately, i deleted it. what do I do to get it back on? I'm not computer savvy so I didn't know not to delete.

...unless you're using Microsoft Visual J++ 1.1 to develop Java programs...I wouldn't worry about it...
