Hi. I am unable to PM members, including the Admin. Any ideas? - Paul

Yes, brand new users cannot use signatures or the PM system, due to spam abuse. The contact us link or this forum, both of which you have used, is the alternative.

I would like to tell you and answer your question, but if I did then spammers would know just how long they had to wait to begin spamming via PM and signatures. Suffice it to say it's not very long.
