Firefox issue on forums

I have noticed this for a while and I am surprised nobody else has brought it up. I figure the administrator(s) might like to fix it. When you create a new thread in any forum using firefox (go ahead, give it a try) you'll notice that the area surrounding the text box is a little too wide as is the Post Icons area below it and they both spill out over on the right. When you are replying to a thread, there's no problem, but when posting a new one there is. I'm sure other people must've noticed this, I can't be the first bringing it up....am I?

NOTE: maybe I should've read more threads before posting, this was already posted, sorry.
