Feedback Script

Is there such thing as a feedback script for PHP?

What I mean is this:

I write an article on a PHP page, and at the bottom of the article, the script will allow people to comment on what I wrote, like a guestbook kind of thing. I have seen this, but I think it is something you can get from PHP-Nuke, and I don't want PHP Nuke.

Search Google for comment forms but make sure you have some type of CAPTCHA or approval process as you can end up with a lot of spam.
