Server Busy Problem

hi ,well i m using DW 8, but when i try to manage site in DW .It gives me a error msg, it says server is busy please close the running program . and that error box contain two button named "switch to" or "retry", but when i clicked on switch to it pass the control to start button of windows and if i try" retry buuton" nothng happens, error box comes again and again.

so i ve to close the progrom from alt +ctrl+del.

i ve reinstalled MX 2000 and WD 8th version 10 times & even formated PC also.
but not positve result
please help me out

You might check the permissions set on the web server, just to make sure you have access to the files. If you don't now and you've got a site set up in DW, you'll get error messages like that.
