I think your site is great! I've submitted some of my portfolio on it.

I'm not to keen on the submit your portfolio pic on the homepage. Although having said that it did serve its purpose. It grabbed my attention straight away and I carried on to signup!

Very nice site, love the layout and colors. One thing that I did notice is that it loads slowly. Firefox reported that it took 17.766 seconds to load, and most of that time was a blank screen which might irritate people. Your CSS seems to be compressed, but you could also get the JavaScript compressed to decrease the load time. JavaScript compressor http://www.javascriptcompressor.com/ is pretty good, I use it on my production sites when they go live.

Anyway, food for thought. Good job!

Thanks a lot to everyone, we're on heavy testing and bug fixing. bulgarian388 thanks a lot for your advice, prototype is a beatyful library but really heavy. In our past rails projects we've tried to compress it with some problems, maybe it's time to retry.
