help how do i re-start java script

i have just downloaded java and its not working i went to tools - internet options advanced then went to make sure it was on and it said next to java requires restart i have reset my computer and i dont know what else to do please help

I would start by posting your question in the Java Forum =) (this is javascript you wouldn't be installing javascript it's already apart of your browswer.)
