Could you please have a look at that site.?There is dhtml menu on top but it is working very very slowly why?? Is my computer so slow

ok I think you have a powerful computer,isn't it?

if by powerful you mean younger than the internet, then yes

Over 200 kb of data (you could probably halve this by changing the rather l o n g folder names) , nested tables, inline javascripts and it dosen't validate (http://validator.w3.org). No wonder it's slow.

I'm just talking about the drop down menu not the loading time..When mouse over the drop down menu my computer gets crazy! :)

Everything on your page is slow to me. At the bottom, when I hold my mouse over one of your links, it takes at least 1 sec before it gets underlined. Why it could be slow? If you have an advanced browsercompatibility checking system.
