problems with image sized windows

I am having a problem with opening image sized windows. When the thumbnail is clicked, this tiny window opens and then you have to close the window and reclick the thumbnail which opens a properly sized window. An example can be found at

Any advice would be appreciated. OR if you don't have a problem with the windows, let me know too. Thanks, Rachael

I'm still having the "tiny window issue." I would really like to figure out how to fix this code if possible since I am using it on many pages and don't want to have to redo everything! Thanks, Rachael
