Adobe Illustrator Workspace Window Border Help

Some of my windows in my workspace have weird borders around them. Ive tried disabling a bunch of things, nothing is working.

As the image you've supplied doesnt show accurately what you're complaining about its hard to identify your problem, might have been an idea to show just the 2 palettes rather than the whole desktop.
I'm going to guess this is something to do with Vista and Adobe and I'd suggest you make sure you have the most up-to-date version of illustrator.

I'm having the same problem. I'm running Illustrator CS on Vista.

It's funky, but doesn't really effect anything.
