I have been trying to find some sample-code to build a webpage. The contents of the webpage would have a bottom-frame navigation menu, when one button is clicked, it should jump over the frame onto the other, but be shown over the contents in the top frame.

so, I would click a button, and a menu would pop up- into the top frame, over the top frame's content.

basicly like a start panel. ;)

I have looked all over, I have no idea what I am looking for.. well I have a clue, but I haven't found it. But the point is, I NEED HELP! :(

Is this possible? Is this so common, that almost everybody has this? Do you have any sites you can recommend me? And, if your really nice, can you help me?!? heh

thank you,

Phil
