"Illegal" website??

Hi all,

Can a site like *link removed by bathurst_guy* be considered illegal and result in the creator be arrested? (... There is NO porn, sexual suggestions, nudity, or anything like that) :confused:

They can be sued for defermation of character. I am actually removing the link to the website as we don't want to have any liability.
