realplayer working in IE but not mozilla

hey,
my embedded realplayer is working in IE but not in mozilla. i installed the mozilla plugin (on another site that had realplayer, IN mozilla) but it didnt work when i embedded it. it DOES work in internet explorer.

when i try it in mozilla it says: install plugin, when i click it it says: unkown plugin required.

help?

So, if I understood right, the real player plugin works in firefox, but on another site? If yes, go to that site and look through the source code to see how they embedded the movie.

Just the other day I installed Firefox/ Mozilla so I can test my sites on both browsers, but for some reason Firefox wont play any flash etc, asked for plugings, i try to install the plugins it fails every time.

It does this with every site though, even ones i didn't build.

I investigated the problem for a while, but was short on time, so didn't bother...

I put it down to Vista for now as so many other programs I have wouldn't work properly with new operating system, and later will try to figure out if Vista is the problem or it's something else.

IE plays the vids and flash fine with Vista but Firefox/Moz doesn't want to work.

Have you tried running Firefox as administrator?
