pop-up

I have a welcome.html, and when it opens, it automatically opens a pop-up window, popup_game.html. That works fine. Now, that pop-up window has to open in the middle of the screen, and that when you click on the link in the pop-up window, the pop-up window automatically closes, and the page welcome.html is replaced with game.html.

Does anyone know how to do this?
