link cursor wont appear

In IE, if you go to this page (http://calvary.spencer-designs.com/about/) and scroll over the images below "About Us" (which are links) you'll notice that the link cursor (the little pointing hand) doesn't appear, whats going on?

so do you think its because Im wrapping a link tag around a DIV?
