Send to a friend script?

I'm trying to add a "send to a friend" form to my site where you enter your name, email address and then you're friends email address and it sends them an email to say go to this site it's great (obviously that won't be the exact text!!!)

Thanks for the help. I'd ideally like one that integrates with my page layout and so doesn't pop-up
