It looks good from a quick glance, but anytime I click on a web site and a prompt box pops up telling me it's INSTALLING OR DOWNLOADING or about to do that.. I exit that site.

It seems to come from the index page. Maybe it's the image.. I don't know but I do know that I wouldn't go to any of the other pages. As soon as something pops up saying "INSTALLING" I'm thinking the site is nothing but Spam... That is not a good thing.

I think u might have come across the Java applette in the index page. If your system have no java installation earlier then u are asked to install the same when u open the url---www.rootinfosol.com.

Actually the Java applette is a virtual user interactive image tool we are using in the page to highlight our high end graphics expertise.....

Nice looking website.
I noticed that the Rubik's Cube graphic blurs some during the rotation. Sort of like a wave in the dithering. Your graphic artists may have over-optimized the graphic for web display.

I can't say I'm too impressed with the coding behind the look: many, many nested tables, lots of empty table cells, misplaced tags, and generally, several coding errors.

You might also take a look at the <head> section, particularly at the title tag. Looks like someone goofed up and put your keywords as the title of your website:
<title>software development, technology and new media solutions , website design, offshore, flash, animations</title>
