I have my first real estate client.
She wants a web site to have a "Featured Lsitings" page with listings that only she has "listed".
Of course, those properties will come and go as she sells a propery or lists a new one.
What is a simple way to change that information?
Can it be linked to her MLS page and set to only show properties that she has "listed?" (That way it would update itself...") I didn't see that option on her MLS page...

Otherwise, I will have to update the info...and she wants me to "teach her assistant " how to do that to avoid calling me every time...but I regresss.
Any tips?
Any place I can read tutorials or get info about building real estate web sites?
thanks!

Looking at the MLS page, it looks like there isn't a query you can run based on the realtor's name. Closest thing is the company they work for. If you knew how to run the query on the MLS website, then you could use that link.

You might contact the MLS to find out what link string to use to run the query within their website/database. Besides that, I don't think there's a way to do it, based on the current set-up.

there must be an open source script you can use on the website. You might also want to consider using a classifieds script and modify it for your use
