I want to create a notification drop in box on my web page such that seconds after the web page has loaded the notificaiton drop in box containing information would drop in from the top of the page or crawling up from below the page. The notification drop in box would only be displayed for 15secs and then it should crawl back.
Google uses it alot. How should I proceed?
