How do I customize the dropdown menu to look like the attached gif? Is this possible?

Maybe no answer yet is a no? Has anyone tried to change the look of the drop down menu arrow? Or know a great resource to learn how to do it?

May not make them exactly like image, but you have some control over what it looks like.

You're welcome. There's probably more sites out there that offer info on customizing check boxes, etc.. I found those by Googling. LOL
