Hi!
I want to play one vidoe file in my web site, that video file is about 75mb, this is very first time to me to work with this type of task. So please help me. I am expecting one example!

75MB? No one, except those individuals on a T3 network (and then it's doubtful) would ever sit and wait for that to buffer out. Additionally, you'll kill any band width on your website and over utilize other processes in a shared hosting environment.
You need to optimize the heck out of that video before posting.

how does file size relate to minutes? WMV is a good format to try to get your file size down. you can easily get 30 minutes down to 20mb or with the right software, less.

You can upload your video file to youtube (or other video sharing website)
and insert embedded link into your website.
For example, insert this code into your website:

as i know, .avi or .dv or flv(flash video) all of them could be smaller sizes than other format
