IE 7 issues viewing dynamic pages..

I've gotten some complaints for people using IE version 7 for our website. They are unable to see our login screen. It looks fine on all other versions and on our macs. Any ideas on this? I'm not too familiar with IE 7, since it's new..

You might try validating (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.american-sailing.com%2Fasaoffice_iqc_frameset.html) your code first.

KDLA is right since your site is designed in frames the bottom frame is a different file which is this page https://www.asaoffice.com/iqc_classes

I viewed the source in that page and passed it through a validator and you have a couple of warnings. Clean up your code and most likely your page should work.
